At River Spirit Casino Resort, we pride ourselves on reaching the AAA Four Diamond Hotel elite status within months of opening the luxury hotel and resort in 2017.

Diamond designations reflect AAA Inspectors’ commitment to quality and consistency in the hospitality industry. Diamond Inspectors are trained professionals who travel across North America to conduct unannounced, independent, in-person property inspections every year.

Today, River Spirit Casino Resort continues to maintain the AAA Four Diamond Hotel distinction due to our commitment to meeting the highest level of industry standards and remarkable service. We proudly received our 2024 AAA Four Diamond rating in June.

The 4Cs of AAA Diamond Elite Hotels:

• Cleanliness: AAA hotel inspections include ATP surface testing, the same technology used to verify cleanliness in the healthcare and food service industries.   

• Comfort: Inspectors evaluate a property’s quality of experience, range of amenities, and level of hospitality. 

• Cuisine: Diamond restaurants are assessed on their food, service, and vibe. Inspectors dine at these properties anonymously.

• Consistency: AAA Diamond properties – no matter the designation – have one thing in common: consistency. Unlike subjective star reviews, Diamond inspections rely on published guidelines based on industry standards.

Commitment to Our Guests 

At River Spirit Casino Resort, we exceed hotel industry standards in cleanliness with a deeply cleaned and inspected room immediately upon vacancy.

These inspections include:

• all bedding
• bedsprings
• behind the headboard
• and seams of all upholstered furniture

Our hotel team is directed to immediately inform management of any issue and the room is removed from our room inventory until the issue is resolved. This compliance plan is highly regulated and followed by our hospitality team.
