How To Qualify:

• Guests must be following River Spirit Casino Resort on any social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, X, or TikTok) prior to filming to qualify.
• Guests may win once per month.

General Rules

• Must have a valid ID to claim all prizes.
• Players must be 21 or older to participate. Muscogee Nation Gaming Enterprises (MNGE) reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any contestant.
• No employee of the participating casino or his or her significant other is eligible to participate.
• By participating, guests allow MNGE to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
• All decisions made by MNGE are final and binding.
• MNGE Casinos reserves the right to change, alter, or cancel the promotion without notification.
• All prizes are non-transferable, void where prohibited by law. No substitutions for any prizes will be allowed unless authorized by management. In the event a winner chooses not to accept a prize, they forfeit any and all claims to the prize, which then can be awarded to another contestant at the discretion of MNGE.
• Any violation of the above contest rules or addendum will constitute disqualification and prizes will not be awarded by MNGE, their agencies, sponsors, or representatives.
• MNGE are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced entries that prevent reception of your contest entry or attempt to participate.
• By entering, parties agree to the above rules and decisions of the MNGE.
• Internal Revenue Service regulations apply to all prizes.
• Regulated by the Office of Public Gaming.

How To Qualify:

•             Entries earned by meeting the requirements set by Meta/Facebook.
  • • Qualified followers must hold a Top Fan Badge, Rising Fan Badge, or they must be a new follower.
•             One (1) entry can be earned.
•             Entries earned will carry over for the duration of the promotion.
•             Guests may win once per quarter in this promotion.
•             Prizes must be claimed within 30 days or will be forfeited.
